We act for banks, other lenders and borrowers who either lend or borrow money, the repayment of which is secured against property by way of a mortgage or charge.
We have experience in all areas of this complicated area of property law, providing clear and practical advice.
Whether you are a borrower or a lender, we can advise on the terms of the loan documentation and security including deeds of priority or postponement. We can also advise you if you are a guarantor on your liability under the loan documentation.
The advice will be given professionally, putting your interests first. We are used to dealing with solicitors instructed by lenders to separately represent them and do our best to ensure that this does not cause a delay on the transaction.
Where the scope of the work is identified at the outset, we will offer to do our work for a fixed price. We will also advise you of the payments that we will have to make to third parties on your behalf.
