Qualified in 1996 and joined Gotelee in December 2003.
I specialise in work related employment issues, acting for businesses and individuals. Employment law changes on a daily basis and my role is to make sure that you either avoid problems in the first place, or get them sorted out as quickly as possible if they do arise.
I understand how stressful, disruptive and worrying employment issues can be. I have excellent attention to detail but I also cut through complex legal issues quickly and explain them clearly. I get to the root of the problem but I don’t sit on the fence. You will always get practical solutions to any employment problems you face. My approach is best described as supportive, realistic, commercial and ‘no-nonsense’. I am always there for my clients and build strong and lasting relationships with those that I work with.

When I am not at Gotelee, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a keen amateur photographer and a dreadful cook. I am also a Governor at Grundisburgh Primary School.
