Graduated from London University in 1983 and joined Gotelee in 2000
A lot of my time is spent advising land owners or developers on development schemes for residential and commercial usage. This sees me negotiating options, conditional contracts and agreements with local authorities and statutory bodies and putting in place funding arrangements. I aim to provide a practical cost effective service guiding clients through the often complex negotiations to a satisfactory solution.
The relationship with clients is hugely important. I will remain personally responsible for the work and available at all times to discuss any issues that may arise. We work together in partnership to overcome issues and reach the right outcome. I have the experience gained over many years in a variety of transactions to foresee likely problems to avoid them derailing the transaction.
When I’m not at Gotelee I am a director of Ipswich Umbrella Trust and a guardian of the Foyer. These charities help young adults and those leading chaotic lifestyles. I’m also a keen golfer (handicap 18)
I look forward to meeting you and being of service.
