I am an experienced legal executive specialising in residential conveyancing and all types of property matters. I am particularly interested in acting for clients who have complicated properties or titles, where clients need additional support and expertise. I deal with buying and selling large country properties and estate work.
I like acting for clients who need help with issues including boundaries, drainage and leasehold matters.
I am also experienced in advising clients on the property aspects of equity release schemes, working with my colleagues in the private client team where necessary.

I am qualified as a legal executive in 1981 and I am now a Chartered Legal Executive.
