I specialise in Personal Injury law, advising people who have been injured in accidents wherever they happen - for example, accidents at work, on the roads or in public places. I advise on the practical steps that clients can take to bring a claim for compensation and also to obtain rehabilitation such as physiotherapy or counselling where appropriate.
Where clients have been victims of violence or abuse, I advise on claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. This can result in compenation for injuries paid for out of a Government fund.
I am a Chartered Legal Executive and a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. I am also amember of the Ipswich Medico-Legal Society.
