Landlord and Tenant

If you are a landlord of a commercial property you may from time to time have problems with tenants who do not pay their rent, fail to leave the property at the end of the agreement or do not comply with the terms of the agreement.  In those circumstances we can advise you as to your rights and to arrange for the appropriate notices to be served swiftly.

If the tenant persists in breaching the agreement we can advise you and act on your behalf  to bring proceedings for you to regain possession of the property and/or to seek payment of rent arrears.

Problems do not just arise during a tenancy.  At the end of the tenancy period there are often issues concerning the extension of the lease or alternatively dilapidations to the property.   We can lead you through the negotiations in respect of these types of dispute. We will always try to resolve the dispute without the need for court action.  However if court action becomes necessary we can act for you and advise you throughout the whole process.
