The Gotelee Debt Recovery Unit understands the financial pressures on businesses. That’s why we offer a no recovery, no fee service at the demand letter stage. If you instruct us to send a demand letter to a debtor and no funds are recovered, you will not pay a penny for the work undertaken.
If we recover your debt, or any part of it, at the demand letter stage our fee is 5% of the debt recovered. In many cases debts are paid in full at this stage without the need to commence court action.
With this pricing structure you can confidently take action to recover unpaid debts, knowing that in the vast majority of cases the cost will be a very small proportion of the debt recovered.
For debts that remain outstanding after the initial demand letter stage, we will recommend a course of action that has the greatest likelihood of achieving recovery of your debt. We will also explain in advance what your legal fees will be at each stage of the debt recovery process.
