What happens if you don’t get the grades for uni?
Bad results or didn’t get what you needed? Don’t panic! As someone who didn’t do particularly well at A levels for an array of reasons, I will qualify as a Solicitor early next year.
There are still plenty of options open to you. I took a year out in the retail industry, applied through the Clearing system the following year and accepted a place at Anglia Ruskin University. 3 years later I finished my time at university with a First and then completed the LPC obtaining a distinction grade and the rest, as they say, is history.
Remember these results don’t define you and I’m afraid to say, if you were hoping the hard work is over, it really does start now!
