Licensing
We can advise you on all your licensing needs arising from The Licensing Act 2003. If you need help with an application for a premises licence or a provisional statement or with a variation or an application for review then please contact us.
We offer a bespoke service from a qualified solicitor to both holders of licences and those who wish to apply for them. We can negotiate on your behalf with the police, the licensing authority and other responsible authorities and represent you at licensing hearings if required. We advise pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels.
Where appropriate, we can involve other Gotelee specialists to offer expert advice on related employment, commercial property, planning or business law issues which may arise. We also have access to specialist counsel and expert witnesses.
