Injunctions

Injunctions

Gotelee’s Dispute Resolution Team can help you apply for an Injunction.

An Injunction is where you ask the Court for a remedy other than damages. For example, you might want an injunction to:

  • Stop service or advertisement of a winding up petition following a Statutory Demand
  • Prevent breach of confidentiality
  • Stop breach of Intellectual Property Rights
  • Freeze an opponent’s assets.

This is a complex area of law and you will need to act quickly to stand the best chance of being granted an injunction.

Please telephone us or complete the enquiry form.
