Disputes and grievances will arise in every workplace.  The law requires you to investigate formal complaints fairly and quickly.  Handle a situation poorly, and the situation becomes entrenched and often leads to a claim.  With our help, you can avoid this.

A grievance could literally be about anything.  We will help you strike the right balance, so that you can resolve problems quickly, but fairly.

We can train your managers, so that they understand how to handle disputes at work effectively, and to recognise when to take our advice before getting out of their depth.  We can help you get to grips with the processes that you must follow for investigations, hearings or appeals.  We can draft policies and procedures which make sure that problems are dealt with consistently and as the law requires.  If you want a second opinion on the evidence or how a grievance should be determined, we can help you with that.

In the vast majority of cases we can help you avoid claims.  If you ever find that a grievance does turn into a full blown tribunal claim, Gotelee’s Employment Team can help you.

We also offer a Fixed Price HR Retainer.  This allows you real time expert employment advice from our team, all year round, at a price you can afford.
