We have considerable experience in working for local Government departments.
The team now includes Claire Barritt, Hugh Rowland and Martin Whitworth.
Members of the team have advised on a range of public sector matters including local authority companies, listed building and conservation issues, Section 106 planning obligations and judicial review. We have also negotiated and drafted complex development agreements for sites in London and East Anglia including funding agreements between developers, housing associations and local councils and we have acted for four London Boroughs and a number of Suffolk local authorities as well as housing associations, NHS trusts and other public sector clients.
Our regulatory enforcement team has substantial experience across the whole range of advocacy services. We prosecute in cases involving animal welfare, consumer protection, fire safety, health and safety, planning enforcement and street works.
