Hugh Rowland’s practice includes advising and representing those clients who are subject to planning enforcement proceedings in the magistrates’ court and the Crown Court. Hugh has a particular specialism in the planning enforcement aspects of tree law – including TPO’s (Tree Preservation Orders) and felling licences.
