Free Seminar on Planning your Future

Gotelee Solicitors will be holding a free seminar at its offices in Ipswich on Tuesday 23rd February 2016 discussing Wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax and long term care.  The speakers are all qualified solicitors and will pack the seminar with useful information and practical advice on how to make decisions and financially prepare for the future.

We’ll look to answer many of your questions including:

Wills: Why you need one and can they be challenged?

Powers of Attorney: How they can help and what happens if you don’t have one?

Inheritance Tax: Does it affect me? Can I avoid it? What can I give away?

Long Term Care: What do the recent changes mean? Will I have to pay?

Gotelee Solicitors have also invited Age UK Suffolk along to explain to us all what they do and where help might be available.
