Join Gotelee Solicitors’ Data Protection expert Victoria Spellman in a two-hour morning session where she discusses the General Data Protection Regulation and how it might affect your business. The GDPR comes in to force on the 25th May 2018 but ‘don’t panic’ Gotelee has designed the morning seminar to guide you through the changes in comparison to the Data Protection Act 1998, explain key issues such as how to protect the data you’ve already garnered, changes in marketing processes and how to ensure that your staff are GDPR compliant. The session allows for a useful Q&A session for you to present your questions to Victoria directly.

About Victoria Spellman: Victoria Spellman is a commercial lawyer providing advice to businesses and consumers. She has a particular specialism in intellectual property, IT, e-commerce and data protection which is driven by a genuine passion for these areas of law. A client of Victoria’s says  “Victoria provided a fantastic service. I own and run a successful business so fast, commercial and top quality legal advice is important to me and that’s what Gotelee delivered.”
