We would like to reassure you that we continue to deliver our services in the best and safest way, in line with Government guidance.
We are open for business, but continue to operate with the majority of our staff working remotely.
Meetings and appointments
In line with current advice from the Government all meetings and appointments will primarily be with the use of conference calls and video conferencing by our staff when we are dealing with your matter.
If a face to face meeting is essential, we will make appropriate arrangements with you and of course observe all the necessary hygiene protocols and procedures, which include taking your temperature, asking for a Covid-19 questionnaire to be completed, wearing a face covering and social distancing.
The vast majority of our contact with you will be by email and telephone. Please continue to use the same contact details for our staff as you currently do – email, phone and mobile numbers remain the same. If you make contact by telephone, your call will be forwarded, even if that staff member is working remotely.
If there are occasions where it takes us longer to connect you, or where we have to arrange a call back, we apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
The priority remains that we all stay well and work within our communities through these difficult times, Gotelee Solicitors will continue to provide the best service possible for you, but in a way which is designed to safeguard your wellbeing and that of our staff.
Should you have any questions concerning the above, please do not hesitate to email email@example.com.
