Christina Morlham
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having studied at the University of Greenwich and the College of Law. Upon qualification, I practiced in Criminal Defence with a firm based in Essex specialising in serious crime and qualified as a Duty Solicitor.
From 2013, I have specialised in all areas of Residential Conveyancing including sales and purchases (both Freehold and Leasehold), shared ownership, re mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations and equity release.
I relocated to Suffolk in 2018 and have worked in the Woodbridge area since then.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with my family, spending time with friends and family and going to the theatre.
