I specialise in Personal Injury claims where I represent clients who have suffered injuries in road accidents, accidents at work, accidents in public places or an illness contracted in the work place, to obtain compensation for their injuries and other losses suffered as well as any treatment for the personal injuries suffered.
I first joined Gotelee in 1985 from school as a trainee Legal Executive. I worked and studied before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1997, and became an Associate of Gotelee Solicitors in 2011.
I am a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, an organisation set up by solicitors who represent clients who have been injured in accidents. I am also a member of the Ipswich Medico Legal Society.
Prior to specialising in Personal injury claims, I have also had experience of civil litigation, debt claims and professional negligence claims.
I represent individuals who have been injured in various types of accidents through no fault of their own or have suffered an illness contracted in the work place. Because of my experience, I am quickly able to identify for clients their prospects of success and the likelihood of being able to obtain compensation and treatment for their injuries.
On a daily basis I am in contact with clients to keep them up to date with their claims, meeting clients, arranging medical examinations with experts, arranging treatment if required for clients, calculating the client’s losses, considering medical reports and assessing how much compensation the client is entitled to because of the injuries sustained.
