I joined Gotelee as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2019 and am currently based in the Employment team in Ipswich. I have chosen Employment as my first seat due to a particular interest in this area of law and so please do not hesitate to contact me if you need help with any employment law issues.
After graduating from the University of Essex with a degree in Law, I began working for the Crown Prosecution Service in their Witness Care Team. I then worked for Suffolk Constabulary before joining Suffolk County Council and working as a legal assistant in their in-house legal team. Whilst at Suffolk County Council, I completed the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University and achieved a distinction. Throughout this time, I also volunteered at my local Child Contact Centre and helped children and parents in Suffolk to have contact with each other after separation.
In my spare time, I enjoy getting out and about in Suffolk, whether that is meeting up with friends at one of the many great restaurants we have locally, or exploring the outdoors with my family and our new dog. I also enjoy running and swimming if I am feeling motivated and going to the cinema if I am not!
