Samantha Markham
I specialise in divorce and civil partnership dissolution, separation, children, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
I worked in Felixstowe when I started my career as a Legal Secretary in May 2005. Whilst studying for my Legal Executive qualification, I worked as a paralegal dealing with clients directly in relation to divorce and other family matters. I then moved to a local law firm in 2010 where I built up the family department from scratch before qualifying as a Legal Executive in early 2013.
I have experience in dealing with divorce, separation and other family law matters. I am an active member of Resolution, which is an organisation of family lawyers who are committed to an amicable and constructive resolution of matrimonial and family disputes.
My clients are local individuals who live in and around the Suffolk area.
I will offer you practical advice and support during the difficult time of divorce and separation. I strive to provide a sympathetic and personal approach with a strong resolve to achieve my client’s objectives.
