I specialise in recovering compensation on behalf of clients injured as a result of accidents at work or working conditions, road traffic accidents and accidents in public places such as pavements, shops and other premises. I also act for bereaved families who have sadly lost a family member as a result of an accident caused by someone else’s negligence.
I also act for clients who have suffered injuries through assault and abuse and can advise on the best way to bring a claim either against the perpetrator direct or through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
I am able to help clients access medical treatment and vocational support that they need as a result of injuries suffered in addition to financial compensation for their injuries and other financial losses.
I joined Gotelee in 1988. In 1997 I qualified as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. In 2011 I was appointed as an Associate of the firm. I am a Senior Litigator with APIL and a member of the Law Society personal injury panel. This means that my experience and specialism has been recognised by these bodies. I am also a member of the Ipswich Medico-Legal Society.
Here are some recent testimonials from my clients:
”I wanted to say thank you for all your work on the case, for the sensitivity and care you displayed and for your sound advice” MH, Ipswich
“We first approached Sian Mullane over a compensation claim for my grandson. Right from the start Siân and her colleague Tim Humpage gave us confidence. Siân did most of the work but together they worked energetically and tirelessly on our case. We were kept informed about what was happening all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Siân was there supporting us every step of the way. She knew all the right professionals to approach to get proper assessments done for my grandson and when we had our day in Court, we were granted one of the highest awards given by the CICA. We cannot thank Siân enough for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone”. MT, Ipswich
“Just to say thank you for everything you have done for me, it has been like I was working with a friend. Thank you”. SH, Ipswich
In addition to this, my work has been highlighted in the most recent Legal 500 guide, an impartial view on legal service providers: At Gotelee Solicitors, ‘client management is second to none and partners are a pleasure to work with’. ‘Sian Mullane secured over £200,000 for a client with brain cancer from asbestos exposure’.
Outside of work I enjoy gardening and tending to my allotment. I also enjoy cycling and walking. I am a volunteer for Cinnamon Trust and I am also a member of the Ipswich Hospital Community Choir.
If I can help you please send me an email or give me a call. I can offer you a free initial interview and advise you on the best way forward to pursue your claim where possible on a no win no fee basis.
