Joined Gotelee in 1994 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2007
I am a licensed conveyancer with many years experience of helping clients who are buying and selling property, transferring matrimonial property, re-mortgaging property and dealing with leases. I understand the needs of my clients and that the process of moving house, can be a stressful time. I keep in touch with my clients, keeping them informed of progress and advising them on all aspects of the property transaction in question, working with my clients to reduce any stress involved in the transaction.
I enjoy sorting out title investigations for clients, advising on ways to protect clients from fraud by registering their property at the Land Registry and general property enquiries.
