Caroline Bellett

I joined Gotelee’s Ipswich office in March 2019  but I work across and supporting all four offices.

I have worked in HR and management for 20 years in a wide range of organisations and sectors including criminal law, local authorities, charities and education. Within these roles I gained experience of leading and managing teams as well as strategic human resources management.

I hold a BA degree in Psychology and Education, gained at University of Wales, Cardiff, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management  from University of Suffolk and Chartered MCIPD.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and young son, experiencing adventures in the great outdoors.
