Mortgages and Re-mortgages
When you mortgage or re-mortgage your property, we offer a first class service advising you on the requirements of the lender and the procedures involved.
Your lender will require the same level of investigation to be carried out as when you first purchased home. We will check your title, conduct the usual searches and raise enquiries before advising you on the terms of the mortgage. Please note that we cannot advise you on the mortgage product itself. Any queries of this nature should be passed to your mortgage broker. At completion, we will repay your existing loan (in the event of a re-mortgage) or pay the advance to you (in the event of a new mortgage) before dealing with the registration formalities of the transaction.
