Gotelee’s family Solicitors understand that when a relationship breaks down, or disputes arise, it can be difficult to know where or who to go to for initial advice. To help make the first contact easier, and remove concerns about hourly rate charges, we are able to offer clients their first interview at £150 inc VAT for an appointment with Samantha Markham or Juliet Gordon or £200 inc VAT for an appointment with Demelza Butler
This fixed price first interview, which covers approx. one hour’s advice and a follow up letter, will allow our Solicitors to assess your situation and outline your options, and explain the costs if you decide you need further legal advice or assistance.
Our Solicitors will not undertake any further work on your behalf until such time as you specifically tell us to do so. You can take as much time as you need to consider all the options available to you and arrange your finances accordingly.
Please note that we are unable to offer advice funded by the Legal Aid scheme.
