The process for purchasing a residential investment property is very similar to buying your own home.  The same steps are taken to ensure that you acquire a good and marketable title to the property.

Additional considerations include checking the terms of existing letting agreements and arranging buy to let finance.

If you already own an investment property, we can prepare tenancy agreements, whether assured shorthold tenancies (AST) or otherwise.  We can also let you know where you stand if you have problems with your tenant, and deal with your legal requirements.
