Wills – Would You Let a Lawyer Fix Your Car ?

Recent research has showed that one in five Wills contains mistakes.  The Legal Services Board has called for all firms offering Will writing and estate administration to be regulated and be brought within the same regulations as Solicitors currently are.

Chris Kenny the chief executive of Legal Services hopes that this will encourage Will writing companies and providers to “raise their game” he commented on the BBC Today programme “you need to be confident that the advice is sound and the will that’s produced is dependable and that if something does go wrong you’ll have redress to the Legal Ombudsman”
