General Terms of Website Use

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms on which you may make use of our website www.gotelee.co.uk (our site).

We hold professional liability insurance with RSA Insurance plc (contact details Marsh Ltd, Tower Place, London EC3R 5BU or 0207 3573610) in relation to cover for work undertaken by us worldwide.

Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw or amend access to our site without notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may at any time restrict access to all or part of our site to users who have registered with us.

Linking to our site

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England.
