It’s official…Upskirting is now a criminal offence
You may have heard in the news today that Upskirting is now officially criminal offence under the Voyeurism (Offences) Act 2019.
The change in law means that offenders will face up to two years in prison for taking an image or video under somebody’s clothing in order to see their genitals or underwear.
