Letting Property
Renting your property can take various different forms. Whether you are letting the property as a whole under an assured shorthold tenancy agreement (AST) or taking in a lodger to help pay the mortgage, we can help prepare a suitable tenancy agreement or licence, also advising you on any implications this may have regarding your mortgage, if applicable.
If you have a mortgage, before letting out your property, you should check with your mortgage lender and inform your insurance company.
